- Was there anything you didn't like?I walked in the door to the bathroom was broken had to get another room, they made me wait 2 hours nobody came to check the room i went to the lobby they downgraded my room to then upgrade me the next day the following day they did not upgrade me they wasted 3 more hours of my time making me wait for a manager the manager came did not see my tenure did not care his name was James and he said he would send me an email to follow up and also he would give me a better rate and options next stay. Well you will see my profile I booked December and he was never found never responded and just the value and the recommendations I made for this hotel are gone.
