Stay was just ok. Not sure if will stay here again. For the price there was alot that needed to be
- What did you like most?I liked the hotel but the TV didn't work and the tub was unsafe I fell out the bathtub the tub was so slick I hurt my arm and .y back very bad and all the hotel said was oh my well there is non slip in the handicap rooms.. this is so unsafe and I am still in pain from my bad fall was horrible to have to spend Christmas in pain because the tub was unsafe. This truly needs to be fixed. And if staff is working front desk they should have clear good training for payment not mess up and repeating transactions. The hotel is a nice hotel but some of the staff was not good and my biggest complaints is the tub it should not be a hazard what if I was older what if I broken my hip?? I was just told oh sorry... that's not good enough
- Was there anything you didn't like?I didn't like the tub and the bathroom light kept only working for the shower
It was great. Beds wore comfortable. Pool was extremely clean. Rooms are spacious. Great for price.
- What did you like most?Loved the breakfast bar and the pool. My children had a blast. Staff was very friendly and respectful. We enjoyed our stay and possibly book again in future.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Only issue was some kind of dead bug on ceiling that I noticed as we were all leaving.And the floors could definitely be cleaned much better. But Other than that everything was great.
