Please note that The Branksome Hotel & Residences requires a credit card pre-authorization of the total accommodations cost plus AUD $100 per night for the Studio & Bournemouth Suites upon check in to cover any incidental charges, AUD $200 per night for the Lyndhurst Suite upon check in to cover any incidental charges, AUD $300 per night for the Wilkinson Suite upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Please note that when paying by Visa and Mastercard a 1.8% surcharge will apply. When paying by American Express a 2.5% surcharge will apply. - Was there anything you didn't like?I had experienced delay in accessing the second room as it was locked I had to call the receptionist several times to unlock the room
Overall my stay at the Branksome Hotel is excellent.
- What did you like most?First I will start with the front counter staff who was on duty that time. He was so kind because we were still outside trying to take our bags, while I paid the taxi, when he came. He took our bags to the hotel, and talked nicely that it's nearly time for the room to be ready, so we need to sit in the lounge. The first impression from me, being new to the hotel matter most. Then the room is excellent, the cleanliness and going to the airport, I also paid for the service for the van. Everything goes well during our stay. Though I paid for 2 nights, but i only spent few hours after the check out time because my flight out of Sydney is 9pm so I left at 6pm. Perhaps there may be other methods to charge for hours after the check out time rather than paying for 2 nights. I will return from Qatar and hope to stay again in the Branksome hotel. Thank you.
