Superb
Convenient and served our family’s...
- What did you like most?The location of the hotel is great. Most sites are within walking distance. My family and I had tickets to attend Monster Jam at the Arena. It was a ten minute walk from the hotel. The lobby was beautiful and the staff were friendly and welcoming! I had booked three rooms and the front desk attendant did what she could to keep us on the same floor. The decor was pretty and the water for showers were nice and hot!!!
- Was there anything you didn't like?My strongest complaint is the beds were super uncomfortable! The rooms with the king size beds were small. Our rooms had a mini refrigerator but no coffee maker or microwave. I requested a microwave to be placed in our room but it was never delivered. The rooms were cold. I feel, for the price I paid, it was a bit pricey
