- What did you like most?This beautiful hotel was so convenient for transport and location when visiting Berlin. The lobby bar was a great place to relax at the end of a day around the city. Breakfast was excellent.

- What did you like most?The reception staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, which made a positive first impression.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Unfortunately, the housekeeping was only average and did not fully meet expectations for a hotel of this standard. They have never provided the basics in the mini bar and have never refilled coffee sticks. Additionally, the spa facilities felt disorganized, I paid every day 20€ for use the facilities but they have never provided bathrobes as they had to. With better attention to housekeeping and improved spa management, the hotel could offer a much more enjoyable stay.
