The hotel is very well located, and the rooms are clean and comfortable
- What did you like most?The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Araucano Park and the mall. The room is very quiet, clean, and has perfect air conditioning
- Was there anything you didn't like?The toilet was not working properly during our entire stay. It did not have enough power to flush, and the shower did not have enough water pressure. The staff were not very clear at the time of payment. They did not properly explain the charges related to the use of the room minibar. They also overcharged us, even though they later apologized.
