- What did you like most?Comfortable beds, water pressure was great, clean facilities
- Was there anything you didn't like?Smoke detector beeping and only solution offered by staff was to move rooms. We were told they didn't have maintenance on the weekends. New room we were moved into didn't have enough towels and the paper coffee cups had been all used but not replaced by housekeeping. The night shift front desk staff had young lady come visit and she was parking in the first handicapped space next to the entrance. She did not have a handicapped license plate nor a handicapped tag displayed anywhere else. There was ample open parking but she chose to take up a handicapped space. There were a group of young men visiting the hotel, very drunk and disorderly. One stepped outside the back door and urinated into the trash can next to the handicapped ramp entrance.
We liked the location to the Mega Caverns.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Just something to be aware of… we were not informed that we needed to turn on the icemaker in our unit’s freezer in order to have ice, since there is no other ice available in the hotel.
