- What did you like most?Breakfast was great, and there's a lot of choice to satisfy everyone. The complimentary water sports was also another highlight.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Almost everything else was disappointing. We waited 2 hours for our room and they did not message us when it was finally ready as they promised. I had to go check at front desk. Then the body wash bottle was empty upon arrival, and, there are no espresso cups to be found anywhere in the hotel (even though they provided a Nespresso machine). Coffee quality is abysmal so if you're a coffee aficionado, be forewarned. Then we tried to get a postcard (that we bought from their gift shop) posted and there were no stamps to be sold, and neither did the hotel offer to send it (or charge us to send it). We were told to go to a convenience store.
