Good value in a great location.
- What did you like most?Great location, close to 2 metro stations. Very quiet neighborhood. Grocery store 1/2 mile walk. Staff very welcoming & helpful. Some of proceeds go toward funding women’s program :weaving entrepreneurship
Good but there is room for improvement especially with the room facilities.
- What did you like most?It is very convenient. Although it is not a usual provision/service to help guests to bring their luggages down for check out, I was glad that the staff still did it. You see my guest is a 92 year-old lady from Sydney Australia who had a broken arm and leg about 3 years ago when she came to visit Singapore.
- Was there anything you didn't like?1. It took quite a while before a new water electric boiler was brought after the engineering/maintenance staff came to check that the one in the room was not working. The housekeeping staff should have checked that it is working before a new guest checks in. 2. The position of the TV mounted on the side wall is not very friendly to the guest as it does not give a direct view from the bed. Also, there should be some instruction manual to help especially the seniors to know how to use it.
